Falmouth-formed quintet Moreish Idols are an inventive, emotive new force in UK guitar music. Signed to Speedy Wunderground, their jerky, agitated debut Float (2022) and more expansive, yearning follow-up Lock Eyes and Collide (2023) were acclaimed by tastemakers including NME, Stereogum, The Fader, CLASH and BBC Radio 6 Music. Moreish Idols’ latest single,‘Pale Blue Dot’, was released as the 50 th single of the legendary Speedy Wunderground Single Series, and marks the start of an exciting new era for the band, defined by complex, warm and fabulously creative arrangements.
